A college student has left the internet stunned after revealing how much food he eats in a day. Troy Cicotte from Michigan, took to TikTok to document his daily diet – and the sheer volume of what he consumes is shocking. In a viral video showing exactly what he eats on an average day, the 19-year-old college student claims that he regularly devours more than 6,300 calories. Despite eating so much, Cicotte, a model and athlete who stands at 6 feet 5 inches tall, only weighs 175 pounds.
Cicotte gained the attention of thousands of online viewers after sharing a video called ‘What I Eat In a Day’ to his TikTok account. The college student munched on a seemingly endless supply of snacks and meals throughout the day but still found himself feeling hungry every few minutes.
At the start of the video, Cicotte listed his age, height, and weight while standing up and turning for the camera to display his lean build. He proceeded to document all of the food he ate, beginning with a hearty breakfast. He started his morning with a cup full of chicken, two sticks of string cheese, and two packages of mixed nuts. Surprisingly, he said he became hungry again only 10 minutes later. He then noshed on two protein bars and two hard-boiled eggs. Cicotte said he went to workout before going to the dining hall on his college campus to eat a “giant” bowl of overnight oats and a breakfast pizza. Failing to feel satisfied, he continued by eating a bagel with cream cheese and a banana on the side.
By the time lunch rolled around, Cicotte was ready to feast on chicken salad, barbeque boneless wings, waffle fries, and another banana. Back in his dorm room, the college student said he quickly “got hungry” again. He ate two pre-packed cups of grilled chicken and a cup of red grapes to hold him over until dinnertime. Cicotte scarfed down two full plates of food at the dining hall consisting of macaroni and cheese, asparagus, a cheeseburger, french fries, and two more hard-boiled eggs. While that amount of food should be enough to quell most people’s cravings, Cicotte still wasn’t done yet.
For dessert, the 175-pound TikToker ate three pieces of Oreo cake and a giant glass of chocolate milk. By the time he returned back home, he was ready to consume more food. At this point, Cicotte realized how ridiculous his dietary needs were and began chuckling as he described what he was about to eat next. Cicotte chomped on a protein shake, another cup of grilled chicken, apples and peanut butter, and two more protein bars before the video abruptly ended.
So far, Cicotte’s ‘What I Eat In a Day’ video has garnered more than 1.9 million views and over 3,000 comments from viewers who could barely believe their eyes. “Wow that’s actually insane,” wrote one commenter, while another person added, “Bro’s daily protein intake is what I manage to get in approximately 3 days.” While many expressed concern over Cicotte’s insatiable eating habits, one mom chimed in to add that her own son used to be the same way. “’I’ve seen this with my own son built the same way at that age,” she wrote. ‘He bankrupted me at the grocery store. He’s still to this day a giant eating machine. And lean. It’s insane.”
Cicotte later defended his ability to eat thousands of calories in a single day, saying, “This is why I hate when people say you’re not gaining weight because you’re not eating enough. Like, damn, bro. How much more do you want me to eat? I got other things to do in my day.” The growing college student acknowledged that at some point his metabolism is likely to catch up with him, saying, “Once I hit like 30, bro, it’s through. That’s why I’m having the fun while I can.”
